Rachel S. Chapman, CRNP, an AltaPointe Health medical team member, earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing (2005) and a bachelor’s degree in psychology with honors (2017) from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Rachel spent many years nursing in various Jefferson and Baldwin County settings. After working as a member of the AltaPointe children’s outpatient team, her passion for improving the quality of life of today’s youth, led her to continue her education, earning a master’s degree with honors from the University of South Alabama as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
