Natoya Grindley, MD, a board-certified pediatrician with extensive experience in children’s healthcare, joined Accordia Health’s Saraland clinic in June 2026. She previously provided comprehensive pediatric care at George Regional Hospital, serving patients and families across the region.

Dr. Grindley also served as Chief of Pediatrics at a health center in Mobile, where she was recognized for her dedication to compassionate, high-quality care for infants, children, and adolescents. She remains committed to improving pediatric healthcare outcomes and supporting families at every stage of childhood development.

Dr. Grindley earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the University of the West Indies. She completed pediatric training at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center Children’s Hospital of New Jersey and her residency at Long Island College Hospital/Beth Israel Medical Center.

Her expertise includes newborn care, preventive medicine, and comprehensive pediatric services. At Accordia Health, Dr. Grindley will collaborate with patients and families to deliver patient-centered pediatric care to the growing Saraland community.
