Kina Hooks Crenshaw, CRNP, has joined AltaPointe Health as a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She earned an associate degree in nursing from Middle Georgia College, Cochran, GA, a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Grand Canyon University, Phoenix, AZ, and her master’s degree in nursing with a specialization in psychiatric mental health from Waldon University, Minneapolis, MN. While at Walden University, Crenshaw was a Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing member. She is Board-Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). She has experience working as a registered nurse in several areas, including emergency room, MICU, PICU, NICU, burn ICU, and as part of a transport team. Crenshaw has experience working in a psychiatric outpatient setting over the last five years with child and geriatric patients aged 12 and up.
