Ingrid Hartman, LPC

Chief Quality Officer

Ingrid Hartman, LPC, is a healthcare and behavioral health executive with more than 30 years of leadership and clinical experience across a variety of settings and levels of care. She currently serves as Chief Quality Officer at AltaPointe Health, where she oversees quality improvement, performance monitoring, patient relations, and access-to-care operations across AltaPointe Health’s healthcare continuum. She has been with AltaPointe since 2008, serving as the assistant director of access to care, coordinator of children’s outpatient services, and assistant coordinator for children’s outpatient case management and in-home services.

Her career includes leadership roles in healthcare quality monitoring and analysis, utilization management, accreditation and compliance, and behavioral health managed-care and program administration. Ingrid’s experience has been diverse, including providing clinical supervision and training, program development and evaluation, grant writing, consultation services to municipal and county entities, and serving as an Adjunct Instructor of Psychiatry at the University of South Alabama, providing training and supervision to psychiatry residents in child and adolescent counseling interventions.

She received a bachelor’s in communication studies and a master’s in human development counseling from Vanderbilt University. She is also an Alabama licensed professional counselor.
