Stephanie Wilds, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Memphis and a master’s in clinical mental health counseling from Walden University. She joined the BayView Professional team and comes to us from EastPointe Hospital, an inpatient psychiatric facility in Daphne, Alabama, operated by AltaPointe Health. Additionally, Stephanie has worked in several AltaPointe Health patient care settings, including inpatient, outpatient, day treatment, and crisis response.
Stephanie uses a combination of mindfulness-based practice and clinical principles found in dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, attachment therapy, play therapy, and existentialism. Stephanie has over eight years of experience working within the addiction/ recovery community using the 12-step recovery model.
