Our Medical Team
By the time I hung up the phone, I received several follow up calls to make sure we were okay. They did an excellent job for us. I would give them an ‘A’.
My son was a resident of BayPointe Hospital. Following his discharge, I received an email from his teacher praising his behavior and how far he has come since returning to school last spring. He is using his experience to help other students better themselves and is very caring towards others. He is now in a regular classroom at school and making A’s and B’s. His homeroom teacher is putting him up for student of the month. She is amazed at the transformation this year. Home life is wonderful since his return. I cannot thank you and the staff at BayPointe for what you did for us. He is truly a success of all of their hard work.
My therapist has gone above and beyond in dealing with my issues. No matter what I asked she was able to help me figure out the best solution for the problem. I hope I never have to change therapists. She is awesome, and someone I hope everyone can meet.
My therapist is compassionate and nonjudgmental. He truly cares about me and all of his clients. I do not think of him as my therapist but as my friend. It has been a joy growing with him.
I just wanted to tell you how wonderful your staff is to me and my husband. They go above and beyond each visit. They are truly awesome. They always ask me how I’m doing when I bring my husband in for his appointments. They have helped us so much.
I was about to completely have a nervous breakdown, but my therapist helped me so much. She has been there for me whenever I have needed her. She knows how to talk to you to keep you grounded, so that you can pull your life back together. I almost died and she has helped me when no one else would. I want to thank her for all that she has done for me and continues to do for me. I definitely recommend her.
It is very cliché to say that she (therapist) saved my life, but she really did. Going through as a cancer patient she taught me how to put those kinds of problems in perspective and what kinds of things I can control and what I cannot control and 80 percent of what happens in one’s life is out of their control. It made me a better man, a better person, a better husband, and a better father to my children. It really did save my life.
I thoroughly enjoy my job; I am very passionate about it and I look forward going to work almost every day.
What I like is being able to help people no matter what type of service they need or what type of service they are requesting. Whether it is a preventative type of thing or they need a psychiatrist for medication, or they need hospitalization. We really try and make sure we put our arms around a person and we direct them to the right level of care.
I love AltaPointe! I don’t even call it a job because I enjoy what I do. I would work for free if I had to because I really enjoy it. It is almost like a ministry to go out and help people, help someone that truly needs it. But I do not look at it as work.
