J. Hays Todd, MD, received a bachelor’s degree in cell and molecular biology and a minor in public health from Tulane University. He completed medical school at the University of South Alabama College of Medicine in 2017. Dr. Todd completed psychiatry residency training at Tulane University School of Medicine> During this time, he was the recipient of the School of Medicine’s annual award for best Psychiatry resident instructor in 2018 and the award for the highest PRITE score in the residency program in 2019. He completed a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship at the University of South Alabama College of Medicine in 2022, where he served as Chief Fellow. He is board-certified in General Psychiatry from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
