AltaPointe owns, operates, and staffs group homes targeted to the needs of a specialized group of patients. Placements focus on rehabilitation and reintegration into the community with varying lengths of stay. Our group homes provide for basic needs such as nutritional meals and transportation, and psychiatric and nursing care as indicated.
Patients participate in basic living skills training, including mental illness education, domestic tasks such as washing and cleaning, and personal grooming habits such as bathing and teeth brushing.
Our full-time activity coordinator plans art classes, games and tournaments, birthday parties, and other social events to enhance socialization and communication skills.
