Patients Rights & Notices

AltaPointe provides a verbal orientation regarding rights, complaint procedures, and responsibilities to each patient upon admission to our programs or as soon as the patient’s condition permits. Legal guardians involved in the care of minors receive a printed copy of these rights. Treatment rights are also posted publicly at all AltaPointe clinics, residences, and hospitals. These documents may be accessed from this page for the convenience of patients and their families.
