Mary Lee, CRNP, joined AltaPointe in 2017 as a psychiatric nurse practitioner. She earned bachelor’s degrees in physical education and in nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She also earned a master’s in nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Lee comes to AltaPointe via the VA Medical Center in Birmingham where she completed a post-graduate residency. She is a veteran of the U.S. Army and currently serves in the Army Reserve as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. Lee is a board certified mental health nurse and family psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She is also board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), and is an active member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association (APNA).
