Focus on Quality

The Joint Commission

AltaPointe voluntarily submits to audits by the Joint Commission, an independent, not-for-profit organization that accredits and certifies more than 20,500 healthcare organizations and programs in the United States. AltaPointe is Joint Commission accredited, a designation recognized nationwide as a symbol of quality that reflects an organization’s commitment to meeting certain performance standards.

Patient Rights

AltaPointe provides a verbal orientation regarding rights, complaint procedures and responsibilities to each patient upon admission to any of our programs or as soon as the patient’s condition permits. Legal guardians involved in the care of minors receive a printed copy of these rights. Treatment rights also are posted for public display at all AltaPointe clinics, residences, and hospitals. These documents may be accessed here for the convenience of patients and their families.
