Call and talk to someone on your treatment team, such as a case manager, therapist or nurse. If your treatment team is unavailable, ask to speak with our Outpatient Liaison, who will contact a member of our team to assist you promptly.

We will do whatever we can to work with you to resolve the crisis − talk with you on the phone, come to visit with you, schedule follow-up appointments, arrange for you to receive more services or whatever is appropriate for your situation.
