Adult Outpatient Services

Adult-OutpatientEveryday living, with all its pressures and responsibilities, can be tough regardless of your status or outlook on life. For adults 19 years or older who are living with mental illness or chemical dependency, the demands of society, work and family life are multiplied several times over. When life becomes overwhelming, we can help restore hope and resiliency to our patients and their family members. AltaPointe offers innovative services and multiple levels of care so each patient receives appropriate, customized treatment. Our highly qualified mental health professionals deliver compassionate, confidential care with the respect and dignity every patient deserves. When life’s struggles are too much to bear alone, relevant treatment can be transformative. AltaPointe can help. Outpatient treatment focuses on recovery, problem resolution, symptom reduction, stabilization and/or prevention of movement to a higher level of care. Treatment is highly variable and depends upon the patient’s presenting symptoms. AltaPointe’s practice guidelines are based on psychiatric rehabilitation principles and also may include but not be limited to supportive therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, behavior modification and skills building.
