Certified Foster Homes for Adults
Private or independent contractors operate certified foster homes monitored by AltaPointe. These contractors provide shelter, supervision, food, transportation, recreation, or any defined services to mentally ill individuals. Services meet clinical necessity criteria, but also must meet beneficial care or support care criteria. This program provides the consumer with a less restrictive placement focusing on the consumer’s strengths in order to develop their basic living skills. |
