Supported Employment Services
The Supported Employment Services staff develops jobs within the community, business and industrial environments for mental health consumers and provides on-the-job training and support. Support gradually tapers until consumers can maintain employment without assistance. Staff members develop an individualized vocational plan for each consumer in conjunction with an Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services vocational counselor. |
