| The Crisis/Emergency program meets community needs and offers immediate response and counseling in times of crisis. Consumers may access these services by calling (251) 473-4423 at any time. The crisis team responds to emergency needs for mental health services for enrolled consumers as well as for emergency entry into AltaPointe’s treatment programs or referrals to other community resources. An answering service receives initial calls and dispatches them to appropriate crisis staff. |
